Miss Michelle Ting is a highly regarded consultant oculoplastic surgeon based in London, with over a decade of experience. She specialises in functional and cosmetic eyelid surgery, combining precision and artistry to deliver natural-looking results.
About
Miss Ting completed her medical training at Cambridge University and Imperial College, and went on to specialise in ophthalmology at Moorfields Eye Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in oculofacial surgery at the University of California, San Diego, having been selected as one of only two international candidates.
She is a consultant at the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust and plays a pivotal role in training the next generation of oculoplastic surgeons, leading the eyelid trauma wet lab course at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and lecturing nationally on blepharoplasty and eyelid reconstruction. Alongside her surgical practice, Miss Ting has published over 35 peer-reviewed papers and authored textbook chapters.
Accredited by both the British Oculoplastic Surgery Society and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (ASOPRS), Miss Ting received the prestigious ASOPRS’s Bart Freuh Award for her innovative research on thyroid eye disease.
